Our history
The FLEXDEV Group is owned by the DENTRESSANGLE Family, a famous name linked to strong entrepreneurship. The DENTRESSANGLE family founded FLEXDEV in 2011 through the acquisition of several long-established companies. These companies all shared some of the same impressive traits: renowned industry expertise, established industrial facilities, and an orientation towards international business.
CHEMICA (Est. 1983) and SEFA (Est. 1973) were the foundation stones of the group, quickly followed by the integration of STILSCREEN. A few years later, ELMS and SPORTING ID also joined the group, and TRANSFER ID, our e-commerce platform, was launched.
In 2023, a brand-new high-performance production site was inaugurated in Turkey. And, in early 2024, ANEYRON (Est. 2004) and MONBLASON (Est. 1906), market leaders in Spain and France respectively, were acquired, completing the impressive international footprint of the Flexdev Group.

CHEMICA has been manufacturing HTVs in France since 1983. We create both cut-only and printable materials for textile personalisation. Our range of renowned products is available on all continents thanks to our strategic logistic hubs and complete network of distributors.

Our CHEMICA products offer unrivaled washing resistance, many different finishes, thicknesses, and aspects and are Oeko-Tex and Vegan certified.
Since 1977, STILSCREEN has been producing screen-printed heat transfers in Italy for the decoration of fabrics and materials used in different markets, including sportswear, fashion and the automotive industry.
Cutting-edge quality, technical expertise, and responsiveness have always been STILSCREEN's focus.
Research and innovation have been the core of STILSCREEN's development over the years, always using advanced technologies.
For 50 years, SEFA has been designing and manufacturing heat transfer presses in France, dedicated to the textile industry for thermo-bonding and to the sublimation market for pressing onto solid materials.
SEFA’s top-quality equipment, both standard and for answering specific customer needs, is being used worldwide thanks to an extensive and long established international presence.
SEFA’s heat-press product offerings include manual, single tray presses, fully automated double bed units, large format sublimation presses, and customised options. SEFA’s expertise also covers all pre-press and finishing solutions for DTG applications.
ELMS marketing, based in the UK provides an end-to-end manufacturing, customisation and distribution service for the sportswear market. As part of the FLEXDEV group, ELMS has partnerships with numerous major licences including: Nike, UEFA, EFL, NFL, NBA, and with the most prestigious international and national clubs including Portugal, England, Chelsea, Manchester United, and Manchester City.
ELMs continued interest in the research and development of sportswear and apparel means that its products are always up-to-date with the latest trends, while its customer service is quick to respond and always of the highest quality.
SPORTING ID is a trusted manufacturer and supplier of high quality, licensed names, numbers, and sleeve badges. We have a team of dedicated R&D experts and designers providing innovative solutions for the sports branding market. Based in the Republic of Ireland, SPORTING ID is ideally located to provide sports branding solutions to the UK, European, and global markets.

With their unique know-how and state-of-the-art production facility, MONBLASON offer a continually expanding product range in response to market needs. Specialized in the sports jersey embellishment industry, they are the official and exclusive supplier of the LFP (Ligue de Football Professionnel) for badges and the official supplier for names and numbers. Monblason's experience in this market makes them a trusted supplier for professional sports teams and the holder of exclusive licenses for top French football clubs, including PSG and the National team (FFF).

Flexdev now operates a brand new 3000sqm facility in Turkey, with a full set of automated and semi-automated screen-printing lines. Mastering both solvent- and water-based techniques. Offering embellishment and merchandising. Located near Istanbul, close to local textile manufacturing sources, it supports our European clients needs during high peak periods.
